1/2 c. Lite Soy Sauce
1/2 juice from Lemon
1 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1/4 c. spring onions, sliced very thin
1/4 c. White Rice vinegar
Combine all ingredients except the onions and heat gently until sugar is dissolved. Add the onions at the time of serving. Application: Use for dipping steamer clams
