4 (1 1/2 lb.) salmon steaks
1/2 cup Pesto Sauce, divided
1 lime, juiced
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to broil. Line a broiling pan with aluminum foil; set aside. Thinly
spread one side of salmon with one-third of the pesto. Squeeze lime juice over
salmon and lightly season with pepper to taste. Lay salmon on broiler pan pesto-side
down. Broil for 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove
from oven. Spread remaining pesto generously on salmon and serve immediately.
