2 cups chicken stock
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 cups oyster juice
2 cups oysters
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup finely diced white onion
1/2 nip sake
Mix the chicken stock and oyster juice in a large saucepan. Add the oysters and onion, bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Add the parsley, sake and soy sauce, cook a couple of minutes longer and serve.
