24 oysters
pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter
4 cups milk
2 tbsp flour whipped cream
1/2 tsp salt parsley
Clean oysters and save liquid. In saucepan, melt butter, add flour and seasoning and stir until smooth, add milk and oyster liquid, just bring to the boil, then add Sydney rock oysters. Let simmer for ONLY 5 mins. Season to taste. When serving, top with whipped cream and parsley.
