1/2 pound cod
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon curry
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
2 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons butter
1 package plastic wrap
Put cod in a microwave-safe baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, curry, cayenne pepper, crushed garlic clove, and chicken bouillon cube dissolved in water. Dot with butter, cover with vented plastic wrap, and microwave on HIGH for 3-5 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily. Serving Size: 4
