1/2 cup light mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (14.75-oz.) Alaska salmon, drained and chunked
2 stalks celery, diced
1 large apple, chopped
1/2 cup walnut halves and pieces
In small bowl, blend mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon-pepper, thyme and salt. In separate
bowl, combine salmon, celery, apples and walnuts. Stir dressing into salmon.
